How long does it take to receive my order?

It can take up to 5 Working days to receive an order, in some cases this may be longer depending on courier delays but this is an exception to the rule. In some cases with bigger heavier items, specialist couriers may be required in which case deliveries may take up to 14 working days. Throughout this process you will be kept updated and deliveries with specialist couriers will be booked in with you for delivery on a specific date.

 

What do I do if I'm missing items from my order?

It does't happen often but sometimes mistakes can be made (we are only human) if you find that some of your items are missing please do send us and email or contact us via our contact us page where a member of the team will get back to you and look into the request to make sure you get what you've ordered.

 

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn't always the case. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please do send us and email or contact us via our contact us page where a member of the team will get back to you and look into the request to make sure you get what you've ordered in the correct condition

 

How do I track a package?

When your order is dispatched we will send you an email with a link to track your delivery. You can also check the latest status of your order by visiting your order page where any tracking will be uploaded. in cases with larger items where specialist couriers are being used, deliveries will be booked in with you directly.

 

What countries do you deliver to?

All our items are available for delivery to the UK and international delivery to Ireland.

Please note: unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to postal codes within the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

 

Do you have any shops?

No, we are an online only retailer. In order to keep our selection large, prices low, and service exceptional we do not have a shop where you can view our products.
